FCC Releases White Paper on Broadband for People with Disabilities

On April 23, 2010, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued its first-ever working paper on disability access and technology issues, entitled “A Giant Leap and A Big Deal:  Delivering on the Promise of Equal Access to Broadband for People with Disabilities.”  The paper is the second in a series of working papers being released in conjunction with the National Broadband Plan.
